Working out is the best thing I have ever done in my life.
This is me in 2010 (during masters)
Status- Single (Obviously, who will date me??)
Confidence- Absolute zero
I have always struggled with mood disorders, shyness, anxiety, low self-esteem and social awkwardness
Me in 2012 (PhD second year)
Started working out in July 2012.
Began eating healthy food (proteins, fruits, vegetables)
The results were now appreciable.
I have been consistently exercising for the past 5 years.
This is me, in November, 2016.
Weight – 73 kgs
Status- single (recently broke up)

Every aspect of my life has changed
Consistency is the key.
The diet and workout plan.
There is no specific workout plan I can suggest to everybody.
All I did was going to gym regularly and there is so much information online.
Just get out of that bed and start working out.
Let me tell you… There is no shortcut to success… I have not seen results immediately and it took me 4 years of consistent workout and eating healthy to achieve these results.
All you need is the motivation to transform yourself.
Coming to food, I eat Oats, eggs, chicken breast, Whey protein (post-workout) and homemade food ( I completely avoid oil fried foods)
Green tea (antioxidants in green tea has amazing benefits on skin) and Omega 3 fish oil capsules (again good for skin and overall health) are my favorite for improving skin tone.
Finally drink lots of water!
I never quit working out even during the worst phases of my life.
Never give up!
