Wipro will increase the salary of all its Jr. Staff from January 1

The Bengaluru-based company WIPRO has announced promotions for its high performers in bands up to B3, effective December 1, 2020

Wipro categorised their employees in five band (A to E), each band based on their work experience. Employees of B3 band ( Juniors) are the biggest account of share of Wipro’s 1.85 lakh staff.
