A defamatory video was uploaded on a YouTube channel of the other party on May 23, 2022, the duration of which is 28 minutes and 19 seconds. The content of that video is not just offensive and abusive but extremely derogatory and defamatory.

Another controversial video was uploaded by the other party on the same YouTube channel on July 02, 2022, the duration of which is 8 minutes and 16 seconds. The content of that video is not just defamatory and derogatory but is an insult to the National Flag of India on a public platform. It’s a gross violation of the Flag Code of India.
But these defamatory and controversial videos are not yet deleted from YouTube and the person responsible for making these videos has not apologised for his actions.
If the other party does not delete all the videos and posts related to this controversy within the next 24 hours, we will have no other option but to file a Civil as well as a Criminal case against him. We are determined to pursue this matter at the highest possible level.
It’s not just an insult of a person. It’s the insult of our entire nation. And we will stand firmly to protect our dignity.
This is the last and final public post from our side related to this matter. We will not post anything else regarding the same on YouTube or on any other public platform. We will delete this post and video from our channel by tomorrow and we will leave it to the authorities concerned to take appropriate action in the matter.
Our team has collected all the facts and data including but not limited to videos, emails, messages, tweets, etc. related to this matter and anything posted by the other party directly or indirectly related to this matter on any public platform will be used as an evidence in the Honourable Court.
